A Generous Offer
They found him in the oven, his whole body crammed in there with the aid of an extension welded on specifically for the occasion. His skin was badly burnt but he was breathing. He had come to believe that his oven possessed the ability to rekindle youth and, following a series of careful experiments with various foods and animals, had planned to cook himself back to his late teens. Attention was drawn to his activities on the morning of the event, when he handed his elderly neighbour the charred carcass of her Chihuahua and said he would gladly do the same for her - a generous offer as he saw it.
